The above image (which I do not own) was the inspiration for Kade Wentworth, my hero in the contemporary romance It's Your Love. Kade is a rock star in the stock car racing world. He's as cocky as he is talented and known for his quick wit and temper.
Ben Affleck has always been a favorite muse of mine. Beside being tall, dark and handsome I always sensed an intensity and a sadness to him. Things that I also knew, as only a writer can, that could describe Kade. A man who is cynical of all things including love despite having the world at his fingertips.
